Privacy Policy
Last updated: 9 August 2026
2048 Champion is a puzzle game. This policy explains, in plain words, what the app does and does not do with information.
The short version
- There is no account and no login.
- We run no server. Your scores are never uploaded to us.
- Everything the game remembers is stored on your own phone.
- The game shows ads, and the ad provider (Google) collects some device data — details below.
What the game stores on your device
All of this stays in the app's private storage on your phone:
- Your game boards, scores, best scores and statistics
- Your daily-challenge streak
- Your settings — theme, tile set, sound, vibration, reduce motion
- The player name and avatar you choose (a name you type yourself; we suggest "Player")
We cannot read any of it. Deleting the app removes all of it. You can also clear it at any time with Settings → Reset progress inside the game.
Advertising
The game shows ads from Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, Google may collect and process data such as your device's advertising ID, device and app information, and approximate location derived from your IP address. We do not receive that data and we cannot link it to you.
How Google uses this information is described here: How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.
You can reset or delete your advertising ID on Android under Settings → Google → Ads.
Children
The game is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Permissions
The app requests internet access (to load ads) and the advertising ID. It does not ask for your contacts, photos, microphone, camera or precise location.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
